Even though I have to work today, hope everyone else has a nice day!

Really.

That's it.

I'm off to the neighbors for food, exploding watermelons and fireworks. Yep, pretty much a tradition.

And then I get to deal with all the craziness that will be work tomorrow.

Yeah, since I have to work tonight, I miss one party and then I'm off tomorrow and so get to go to my aunt's...

So I made deviled eggs! Lots and lots of deviled eggs. And egg salad. Which was delicious!

So, everyone have a fun and safe weekend!

Really.

And I ate my weight in food and so will not eat for the next week... well, not really. But I'm starting the whole eating sensibly over again tomorrow. Because I really fell off the wagon today.

And tomorrow the kids are going to FunCity in Iowa since the boy goes to TX on Wed. Of course, we had to find directions to get there because of all the flooding, the main route is still closed, along with half the bridges! But they should have fun.

And I stood outside in my side yard and took fireworks pictures with my new camera, a very interesting affect...

And so ends another fourth of July...

So, since lj ate my last post, I guess it was not to be.

And a Happy Fourth of July to everyone...

I have to work...

But I have tomorrow off and not one, but TWO parties to go to!
