*does little happy dance*

Ok, NOT that I'm delirious with joy or anything... but I watched history being made last night and it was WONDERFUL. And in checking the state map of IL, I find that all the counties that I live and/or work in, amazingly enough, went blue. And considering that it's mostly rural, that's pretty darn amazing.

So, to all of you who voted, for whomever you voted, congratulations! Because that was the object of the whole thing, for people to get out and vote!

Don't care for whom, or which party, but if you don't vote, then you can't complain for the next four years.

It's our civic duty, probably the only one we really have.

So, get out and VOTE!
