Not enough of it, so far, but some is better than nothing. And it went from being 92 to 70 just about that quick. It'll make sleeping a lot easier.

My parents have no power up in Appleton at the moment, they had straightline winds yesterday and something like 20,000 people up there have no power. My brother has power at his house, but his is one of four on his block that does. They are hoping that by Mon most of the city will have power, probably longer for outlying areas. And I'm not sure what it'll do for the start of school up there, since they start on Tues.

I had to send almost a hundred dollars worth of food to the son, he sent me money to buy stuff since everything is shutting down over there. Well, at least where he is. And today, I mailed it all (took two boxes) and then told him that he owes me more money, the $120 he sent didn't cover all of the shipping. But they should be able to stretch the food (with the MRE's) to last until it's time to come home.

This is such a rambling post, but I'm trying to decide what to do next, and there's thunder rumbling (yea!) and I'm hoping for more rain! Way too dry here.
