Iowa mini-vac!
I get to go to Iowa this weekend! And it's all because my stupid work gave me 3 days off in the next schedule and then I was working 9-6 on Fri. and 2-11 on Mon. So the husband could pick me up from work and then on Mon drop me off.
But then, something strange happened. We were looking at the schedule, and I find that I was now working 2-11 on Fri.
I threw a hissy fit.
I check my schedule on Sat from my home computer, and stupid work has us scheduled 3 weeks in advance. And when I checked my calendar, I had written 9-6 on that Fri. So, sometime after Sat, they changed the schedule, but neglected to let me know, or ask if it was all right!
And yes, I did get it all fixed, I switched with one of the deli workers, and even get to leave a little earlier since she works 8-5 but still.
WM is really driving me nuts! And the little mini-vacation will be well worth it!
